Ian Casey Memorial Cowm Reservoir Race 5k 20.5.10

Dave McGuire completed this race in Whitworth, Lancashire this week:

"Another midweek trip over the border. Lovely weather and course around the reservoir. A fast course, twice around the 'ressy' after a hilly climb and down hill finish. As usual very generous prize giving of bottles wine and running niknaks plus social in the pub afterwards. Managed a mini duathlon with over 3 miles cycle up from Rochdale train station. Pleased with 6th.
