Paul Sanderson and Liz Green did the Bispham 10 mile race today (as part of Liz's training for the Lancaster 1/2 Marathon in November).
"Weather conditions were great, it was dull, mostly dry with a breeze on the outward stretch. The course was generally flat, 2 laps along the sea front from Bispham to Blackpool's North Pier and back along the Promenade.
