I'm entered too - and probably a little too excited about getting a medal proclaiming me to be a "Tough Guy"!

With Khara on board that means that we match the boys in numbers girls! I am in the process of getting some team t-shirts together, boys, you have to get your own!

Dear Tough Guy team members (the girls) and the enemy (the boys)

Just thought I'd say hi and see how training is going as I haven't been at runclub recently. At my first runclub back last week, with lovely new comfortable insoles (minus blisters at last!) I tore my calf muscle - ouch!!

Liz in physio assures me it's not a bad tear, so the good news is I should be back running in a couple of weeks - fingers crossed! Hopefully that should still give me 2-3 weeks to get the mileage up a little and be ready for tough guy. I won't compete if it's not 100% though as I don't want to hold the winning team (the girls) back. Will keep you updated....

Khara :-)
