Liz Jones, Rick Pullan and Chris Jones travelled over to the Keighley/Haworth area for this short but steep fell run (3.3 miles with 450 feet climb). This was our third run in 18 hours so performances weren’t of the best. To make matters worse Rick had an argument with a metal gate (and lost)

There were 35 finishers and it paid to keep up with the runner in front as the course zigzagged across hillsides and fields with many an opportunity for a wrong turn.
