Liverpool Half Marathon
As a spectator here today, it was sunny, but freezing cold in the wind and I didn't envy the runners their last couple of miles into the wind towards the finish. Some great times here today and I really enjoyed being able to be part of this. Thanks to Vikki, Jaz and Tess for being the roving cheering squad.

Helen Williams ran here today. "I had hoped for a better result having tapered for it but struggled a bit and ran 1:33." That's still a brilliant time Helen - well done!
