The race took place starting by Kirkstall Abbey across a mix of road, canal tow path and woodland (distance shortened from full 7 miles due to construction of the abbey). Damp rainy conditions were ugly but cool to run in. Ralph produced a great none joggling based run time. Also a well organised event by Kirkstall Harriers.
