A few of us from the club took part in the Idle Trail Race (approx 10K) last Sunday.

This is a tough but really enjoyable run including canal towpaths, fields and muddy lanes. (I'm not sure if Paul and Liz Jones' results were improved by the cakes they purchased from the charity stalls & ate before the start of the run!!)
Well done you lot. Yet another great turnout for the club. Cakes and racing sounds like a fab idea!
