Paul Sanderson and Liz Green did the Platt Fields Park 10K at Manchester this morning. Liz reports:
"It's a flat course taking in 3 1/2 laps of the park, but the 11:00 am start meant that it was very hot with very little shade (I think I said the same thing last year!) The park is now also the venue for South Manchester's parkrun.

Liz - 64:51
Wow! That must have been a really hot one starting at that time. Well done.
