Paul Sanderson and Liz Green did the Barnsley 10K today:
"The course is on rural country roads from Royston and is becoming very popular (nearly 900 finishers today). It's not too hilly and weather conditions were perfect today. I'd like to suggest this one as a club run for next year?"

Paul: 44:32 (chip time 44:11)
Liz: 1:03:09 (chip time 1:02:30)
