Both Dave McGuire and Paul Sanderson did this 5k on Wednesday evening. There were 99 entrants, perfect conditions and no wind. Dave's legs were obviously tired after his double interval session at run club the night before and Paul's legs were tired after his intervals too. Excellent times though boys - well done!
