Paul Sanderson and Liz Green did the very hot Platt Fields Park 10K in Manchester this morning. "We did it last year and both enjoyed the flat course through the park but today was a different story! We both struggled in the heat (I was tempted to pull out but Paul wouldn't let me!)"
