A Boxing Day burn off. It was a cold, but bright morning and 900 runners set off from Guiseley up onto Otley Chevin and off road with lots of hills and mud.
Dave's sessions with Tom and H along with the HPTT Saturday mornings and Tuesday club sessions are paying off big time as he stormed in in 19th place knocking 3 mins or so off his previous pb (surprising himself and his friends lol). Tom and H were suffering from jetlag after returning from their honeymoon, but still did absolutely brilliantly.
