Hi Guys
We are arranging a track evening as a trial for next Tuesday evening.
The track is used by many running clubs and there's generally lots of sports activities going on up there.
Entry is £3.50 and I was looking at meeting at the Club house which is by the track at 7PM.
The ste itself has had 1.3 million spent on it from Lottery funding and has been extended from 7-8 lanes.
I am looking to put on some interval sessions and which are handicapped to allow a range of abilities.
If it's successful we would look to make it a more regular feature on our calendar.

Hi everyone.
I met a lovely woman who asked me to pass on her regards to you all. She'd had breast cancer 9 years ago and because of your fabulous generosity in supporting Marie Curie she'd not only had successful treatment but had been able to see the birth of her grand-daughter. Her words were "you are heroes".
So thank you again. Between Keith Mc. and myself, you've helped us raise nearly £900!! It was hot, it was hilly, but the eye candy was a great motivator! My next run is the Abbey Dash in Leeds - another 10k distance.
