Just thought I'd pop a brief post on here whilst on the train home from watching today's London Triathlon. Starting with Alan at 6.30 this morning and followed by Hannah, Allison, Lisa, Esme and Sonia we saw a total of six Virgin Active Road Runners complete the full Olympic distance course consisting of a 1.5k swim, 40k bike and 10k run. Everyone did really well on what was a super hot day down south with temps hitting the 30's!! The results aren't on the net yet but as soon as they are we'll let you know...
If anyone who competed would like to send in a race report that would be great.
