Spofforth Gala 10k 31.8.09

Paul Sanderson and Liz Green did the very humid Spofforth Gala 10K Trail Race today. "The gala looked like a good family day out but I personally didn't enjoy the race (more because of the heat than the course, Paul enjoyed the mud!) Our times were: Paul - 48:44, Liz - 1:09:09" Well done!
