Paul decided at 9:00 pm last night that he was going to do this race just outside Knaresborough after my friend who had entered it was unable to run. Paul arranged for her number to be transferred to him and has described it as: undulating, 50% off road, long grass, black bugs, smelly fields, very hot, excellent organisation and one to look out for next year! His time was 77:56.
