Paul Sanderson and Liz Green did the Bash Grueller 5K Trail Race in Accrington, Lancs this morning. "We didn't know how the race got it's name, but we do now! The race is out and back along a disused railway track that has been converted to a trail and finishes up a very steep hill (grueller)."
