Abbey Dash 10k - 23.11.08

On a very chilly (and snowy) Sunday morning, we still managed an excellent turn out for this race with lots of VARR members going for pbs.

There were a lot of absolutely fantastic times and some very happy runners. Well done to everyone who took part.

As a club, we did well. The top three males and females from each club had their places added together and the women came 22 (712) out of 39 and the men came 48 (2179) out of 58. Individual times as follows:
